GEORGE "RUN RUN" JONES
George "Run Run" Jones passed away unexpectedly at the age of 77 on Saturday, December 16th, 2006. The Raiders Organization, Family, and Friends attended a Memorial Service on Friday, December 22nd, 2006.
We will always miss the "Runner".

Gene did so many great things within the NFL as a player and as a leader... Lets all come together and remember the things that we as the Raider Nation are most proud of.... The Memories... Forget about the Super Bowls forget about the 7 Pro bowl appearances ... Yes we love him for making that a part of our history but I'm talking about for those who were lucky enough to see him play live... or even to be around to remember his style of play. Remember his character... What he brought to the field and the players.... AND TO THE FANS!
